Richard Johnson: Leading up to Retirement

Former Champion Jump jockey Richard Johnson was a legend of the game and held his spot at racing’s top table over an incredibly long and illustrious career. In that career he had many a big race win to his name, but in Jump racing there are no bigger races than the Cheltenham Gold Cup. Richard has won this race twice and the first of which came some 20 years ago on Looks Like Trouble who he introduces us to here as the ‘familypet’. Another of the ‘familypets’ is Menorah, the four-times Oaksey House winner.
